Standard Call-Out: $125 + GST
This includes:
- Up to 30 minutes on-site
- A full assessment of the issue
- Removal of equipment (if needed) for testing at our workshop
We won’t carry out any repairs without first providing you with a clear quote. If you decide to go ahead with the repairs, we’ll waive the initial call-out fee – so you’re not paying twice.
We believe in doing the job properly, so where possible, we’ll remove equipment to test it thoroughly in our workshop before moving ahead with repairing or replacing.
