Spa Pool Delivery

Delivering a spa pool or swim spa requires careful planning and the right equipment. Every property is different, and the delivery method we use will depend on your site – including path width, steps, gates, overhead clearance, and any tight corners along the route. Our team will work with you in advance to assess your access and ensure delivery day goes smoothly.

Spa Delivery Methods

Standard Delivery – Trolley

For most properties, we use a purpose-built trolley to transport your spa pool along a clear, flat path to its final position. A minimum of three people are required to maneuver the spa from the trolley into place – this will usually be one to two of our team members, and at least two from your own party, depending on the size of the spa.

This method is suitable where there is a reasonably clear, level path from the street to the installation site.

Specialist Delivery – Hiab or Crane

Where access is more complex, such as narrow side gates, steep steps, or low overhead clearance, we work with a network of trusted specialist partners who use Hiab trucks or cranes to lift the spa or swim spa safely into position.

This is a well-established solution for challenging properties and is often the safest and most efficient option available. Additional charges apply for specialist lifts, and these will always be discussed and agreed with you prior to delivery.

Preparing for Delivery

To help ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, we ask that you:

  1. Share information & photos of your access route – Before we confirm your delivery, we’ll ask for additional information regarding the path to your installation site, including any gates, steps, or obstacles. This allows us to identify the right delivery method from the outset.
  2. Clear the delivery path – Remove any movable obstacles along the route. The access path should be a minimum of 900mm wide. Take note of anything that may cause difficulty, including gates, outdoor furniture, A/C units, garden features, or overhanging branches.
  3. Ensure your site is ready – Your spa requires a flat, structurally sound surface. A concrete pad (minimum 100mm thick), concrete pavers, or a reinforced deck are all suitable. If you have any questions about site preparation, please speak with us before delivery day.

Your presence on the day is not always required if your spa pool is being set somewhere temporary, such as the driveway, and our team knows where it should be positioned.
